New Bagan guide map in the works
Visitors will find their way around the Bagan ancient cultural zone with greater ease soon with the local tourism authority working on a guide map. The map would be given to visitors to make their trip more convenient, said Bagan Tourism Development assistant project manager Daw Yu Yu Lin. She said the guide map would also highlight some not-so-well-known pagodas that were great spots for visitors to enjoy the beautiful sceneries of Bagan. “The map will show visitors where they can relax by the river, enjoy beautiful sceneries and find villages with traditional trades and crafts.
